At Ignite Clinical Institute, we understand that navigating the world of physical therapy education can lead to questions and uncertainties. Where are you located?

We are based in Cypress, Texas. Many of our in-person courses are offered at Rise Gym, but be sure to check the course information that you are interested in to confirm the location so that you can effectively plan transportation and lodging.

How do I know if this course is approved in my state?

Our courses have been approved in the state of Texas. The following states that pre-approve credit through reciprocity are:

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming

What states do not offer reciprocity?

California, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, West Virginia

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change sometimes. We will refund you 100% for your course, provided that you give us a 7 day notice so that we can prepare our course accordingly for those that can attend. However, if there are some extenuating circumstances that prevent your attendance (illness, family emergency, etc.), please email us about them at igniteclinicalinstitute@gmail.com.

What is your attendance policy?

You must be there for 100% of the course in order to receive the CCUs advertised. While you will learn valuable content for the time you were able to attend, we are unable to split CCUs based on percentage of course completed.

Do you offer any discounts?

Indeed, we do! We are currently offering a Referral Special. When someone you refer to a course signs up, you both will receive 40% off the course! You will need to send an email to igniteclinicalinstitute@gmail.com with both people included on the email in order to receive further instructions.

We also off student and new grad discounts! We know that finances can sometimes be stressful while in grad school and even when you finally get a paycheck. That’s why we would like to offer the following:

Student discount: 40% online courses and 30% off in-person courses

New Grad discount (1st year out of grad school): 20% off both online and in-person courses.

Students and New Grads will need to email igniteclinicalinstitute@gmail.com proof of enrollment and graduation date (year and month) to receive discount code.

Can I use several discount codes at once?

No. You can only use one discount code per item. We recommend using the code that gives you the highest discount.

Can I make a suggestion for a future course?

Please do! If you have an idea for a future course that you don’t see on our schedule, feel free to reach out to us at igniteclinicalinstitute@gmail.com or DM on our instagram account @ignite.clinical.institute and we will take it into consideration!
